Terms of Service

Use

Just Had to Know Uploader is a local tool operated by the owner of shj.rip for the owner's YouTube channels. It is not a public upload service.

The tool uses YouTube API Services. Using it also requires agreement to the YouTube Terms of Service. Read the Privacy Policy before authorizing or using the tool.

Content and publication

The operator is responsible for rights to uploaded material and for reviewing titles, descriptions, audience settings and publication times. The planned daily workflow requires separate approval of finished videos before scheduling.

Upload, processing, scheduling and publication are separate steps. An approved draft or local success message is not proof that YouTube has published a video. Check the video links and YouTube Studio.

Stopping use

Stop local jobs and revoke Google authorization to stop further operation. Check existing uploads and schedules in YouTube Studio: stopping the local tool alone does not cancel a schedule already accepted by YouTube.

Contact to@shj.rip about these terms.
